Capability boundary
Across the material and processing portfolio, thicknesses may range from approximately 0.01 mm to 10 mm. Selected materials may be evaluated in widths up to approximately 1,000 mm. These figures are not available for every grade and condition. Final dimensions, tolerances and processing feasibility are subject to technical review.

In-House Operations

Cold Rolling and Leveling

Gauge and flatness targets are reviewed against the selected material and starting condition.

Annealing and Heat Treatment

Applied where required by the grade, requested condition and performance target. Acceptance criteria and test methods are agreed during technical review.

Slitting and Cut-to-Length

Strip, narrow strip, sheets, plate and blanks can be evaluated to order-specific dimensions.
