Metallographic analysis and carbon-sulfur analysis support incoming-material and process evaluation.
Tensile and hardness testing can be applied according to the agreed inspection plan.
Material grinding and metallographic mounting equipment support controlled sample preparation.
Dimensions, surface condition and other agreed acceptance items are checked before release.
For each RFQ, state the characteristic, unit, test method, sampling plan, acceptance range and required document. “Hardness test” alone is incomplete; for example, a Rockwell requirement also needs the scale and method. See ISO 6508-1:2023 for the international Rockwell test-method scope.
Available inspection functions do not imply that every test or document is included by default. The agreed order specification controls.
Hengtaifeng is a Foshan-based manufacturer, processor and supplier using sourced steel mill feedstock, not a primary steel mill. Supplier qualification should distinguish the feedstock producer, the processing company and the documents agreed for the finished strip. A listed inspection function is not a blanket certification or a guarantee of suitability for a particular component.
