51CrV4 is a chromium-vanadium alloy spring steel (0.47-0.55% C, 0.90-1.20% Cr, 0.10-0.25% V) designed for the most demanding spring applications. The vanadium addition refines grain size and improves fatigue resistance, making 51CrV4 steel strip the premium choice for automotive valve springs, suspension springs, and torsion bars.
